2022 Wedding Trends

As the event world begins to move forward after its year-long hiatus, clients and vendors alike are eager to get back to throwing jaw-dropping, lively parties. While this year everyone will be easing slowly back into the swing of things, we are sure next year will be one we won’t soon forget.
Remember, no detail is too big or too small. To help make your big day one to remember, take the following trends into consideration.

Specialty China – The easiest way to dress up your table is to coordinate your place settings to your wedding colors/theme. You can either go all out with different (but complimenting) dinner, salad, and dessert plates or pair a fun charger and pattered salad/dessert plate with a standard white dinner plate.
Plated Meals – This was required for many events throughout 2020 and 2021 due to safety reasons, though we are sure the trend is here to stay. There has always been a high-end feeling to events that have had a plated meal brought to guests.  So why not take your statement wedding up a notch and have waiters serve your guests?
Signature Cocktails – Let’s be honest; after the past year we had, we will probably all be lining up for one! These were popular a few years ago and had just started to make a comeback. Our resident barkeeps will create something truly unique and perfectly suited to your event.
Showpiece Wedding Cakes – Three tiered white cakes adorned with fresh floral will always be a timeless, jaw dropping option.. but why not go BIG!? Ask your baker to design a custom cake for you; add in some color, texture, and custom sugar (or chocolate or fondant) designs to make the cake on that no one will forget.
Black Tie – Your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime day. So why not go all out? Ask guests to wear evening/cocktail attire and have a server great them with a glass of champagne when they walk through the venue entrance. They will feel classy and sophisticated, and you will love the overall look when going through your event gallery.
