Once you sign up and register your credit card, you don’t need to do anything else: our Rewards Program will keep track of what you spend and notify you when you unlock rewards. There are no QR codes to scan, no phone numbers to enter, nothing to scan or stamp.

How does it work?

You can download the Thanx app or sign-up online. The app and website give you access to your account, where you can see your progress towards rewards at Elephants Delicatessen locations.

Is my credit card information safe?

Thanx works with credit card providers, who securely notify them about your transactions at our location. That allows us to send you targeted offers and request feedback from recent visits. It’s completely safe and secure for the customer; Thanx does not store customers’ credit card numbers.

We’ve made temporary changes to our Thanx rewards program.

1. Thanx members can now accrue points and rewards for online Thanx purchases up to $250.00. So if you are staying at home, you can continue to receive rewards by shopping online at elephantsdeli.com. 
2. You can’t redeem your current Thanx rewards online. We’re still trying to make this possible. But your current and future rewards won’t go anywhere…
3. No Thanx rewards will expire for the time being. That includes $10 rewards, VIP rewards, and even free birthday cookies. 
4. We’re open at seven locations. You can still use your rewards for in-store (dine-in and takeout orders). We offer curbside and “trunk service” as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we alter our rewards program to meet you current needs. We look forward to serving you again soon!
