The Bright Cider (Hard Apple Cider)
Clean and crisp, The BrightCider is made exclusively with fresh pressed NW apples.

Second Course
Crispy Duck Salad
the Ginja Ninja (Ginger Hard Cider)
This redheaded cider samurai uses NW grown Jonagold apples and whole ground raw ginger root .

Third Course
Butternut Squash Risotto
Nice & Naughty (Imperial Spiced Cider)
An outrageous amount of Citra hops, locally grown Crimson Red rhubarb, and fresh-pressed Northwest apples are infused with nutmeg, cinnamon and clove making this cider perfect for fall.

Main Course
Cider Braised Beef Stew
Bad Apple Cider (Imperial Hard Apple Cider)
Bad Apple Cider is fermented with local raw meadowfoam honey, which gives this cider notes of honey and vanilla accentuated by brandy-cured Oregon White oak.

Dessert
Almond Cake with Marionberry Caramel
Made Marion (Apple and Marionberry Cider_
Ripe and juicy, the Made Marion is made with fresh-pressed Nortwest apples and Oregon marionberries.
