Stop by for a take-home tasting of Honey and Sea Salt Fromage Blanc, made in Southern Oregon by By George. The sweet, floral honey and sea salt combine beautifully with their soft spreadable cows milk cheese. The perfect balance of sweet and savory. 
We'll have sample bags ready at the cheese counter at 10:00am. We make 30 of them; when they're gone, they're gone!
