Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, and Yom Kippur, the day of atonement, are two of the holiest days of the Jewish calendar. Along with these days comes a special menu of celebratory foods like crown challah, beef brisket, apricot chicken, and matzo ball soup.
