Rogue River Blue Reserve

Eight wheels of the coveted Rogue River Reserve Blue have rolled into our NW 22nd and Cedar Hills cheese cases.

This seasonal beauty is the only American-made cheese to win World Champion at the 2019/20 World Cheese Awards and is one of our state’s treasures. The organic cow's milk cheese is cave-aged for 9-11 months and hand-wrapped in Syrah grape leaves that have been soaked in pear brandy. The result is rich and fudgy with a pronounced blue flavor, with hints of vanilla, fig, truffle, and toffee.
