Elephants Go Bragh!

For St. Patrick’s Day we are offering individual dinners ‒ available to be ordered ahead of time and picked up March 17th. The dinner includes two all-pork Irish bangers with herbed mashed potatoes Colcannon, a cabbage and mustard seed sauté, peas and carrots, and a Guinness chocolate tart for only $14.95. We will also be offering a bangers and mash lunch special at all of our locations all week. In addition, you can find corned beef and cabbage by the pound and our famous Irish soda bread at our NW 22nd location.

A favorite seasonal pizza

This month we have one of our favorite seasonal pizzas on the menu: Yes, the Arugula Pizza is back. Fresh baby arugula, roasted and marinated tomatoes and artichoke hearts on our ‘white base’ of fresh mozzarella, roasted garlic and mascarpone on our fresh-made dough. Cooked in our wood-fired oven, this is one of the best ways to eat your vegetables… on pizza.

Owen Roe Winemaker’s Dinner

Our dear friends from Owen Roe Winery are back to share the love. Join us for a very special evening of fine food paired with delicious wines. On Thursday, March 15h our Northwest 22nd Avenue location will host Garret Plocher from Owen Roe, as he brings some of their tastiest bottles to challenge our executive chef Scott Weaver. This dinner will sell out quickly, so reserve your seat today!

Wine of the Month

We love the rustic country wines of southern France. And this is one of our favorites: Clos Fantine Faugeres ‘Cuvee Tradition.’ Run by three siblings in France’s Languedoc region, this is a ‘natural wine’ that is made from biodynamically grown carignan, grenache, syrah, mouvedre and cinsault grapes with no additional sulfites added. Dark herb- and smoke-laced cassis fruit, spicy and grippy tannins, and just enough earth funk to keep things interesting. This is one of the most character-driven wines we’ve had in a while.

A Wee Cup O’ our Custom Smith Teas

One of our great honors was working with the esteemed Steven Smith on our custom line of teas before he died in 2015. We tasted many styles of tea together before settling on three different blends that we think are as good as it gets: our Sanctuary Tea is a caffeine-free blend of South African honeybush and rooibos. The Preserve Tea is a jasmine-scented green blended with hyssop, elderflower and lemon myrtle. And our Heritage Tea is a full-throttle blend of Chinese, Indian and Sri Lankan black teas. We have these available to enjoy at all our locations and for you to take home.
