February Wine of THE Month

February’s wine of the month is OUR wine! This is the fifth vintage of Elephants Cuvée Blanc, made for us by the good folks of Westrey Wine Company. Dave and Amy fermented this from sustainably grown Dundee Hills pinot gris with a dollop of aromatic muscat. This delicious white is packed with apple and pear flavors with hints of ginger and a juicy acidity. Our cuvée blanc boasts enormous versatility and pairs perfectly with everything from roasted salmon and salads to grilled chicken or pork.
