Raclette cheese over steak, pickles, and potatoes

Raclette Dinner Nights at NW 22nd
We had so much delicious fun doing Raclette Dinner Nights in December that we’re going to keep the melty cheese flowing and the steak sizzling on Thursday nights at NW 22nd! We’ll crank up the raclette machine at 4:30pm, and serve the melted Reading Raclette cheese over sliced flat-iron steak, roasted Yukon gold potatoes, and cornichons with an arugula salad on the side. We are also offering some wines by the bottle that are perfect for this dish, including some white wines this region (Savoie). $17.95.

Steven Smith Teamaker Heritage 1979 Latte
Elephants Delicatessen is turning 40 this year! So we thought we’d take our “Heritage” tea blend (#1979, made for us by Steven Smith Teamaker) and create a latte to toast 2019! We blend Steven Smith Teamaker’s “Heritage” black tea  with cinnamon syrup, steamed milk, and orange zest. try one at any Elephants’ location!

New Pimento Cheese Burger
A cheesy new burger is joining our grill lineup at NW 22nd, Corbett, and South Waterfront. It features Angus beef, lettuce, tomato, pickled onions and jalapeños, bacon jam, and pimento cheese on our sesame seed bun.

A Favorite Pizza Returns
The broccolini and sausage pizza returns to Corbett and NW 22nd pizza ovens this month. Modeled after a classic that made Pizzeria Starita in Naples famous, ours has fresh mozzarella, roasted garlic, whole broccolini, Fred Carlo Italian sausage, and red pepper flakes.
