-Havsno sea salt is sourced from the pristine waters of the Norwegian Sea. The large white flakes have a delicate crunch and clean flavor that you'll want to enjoy on everything.
-Esprit du Sel grey salt has been hand-harvested from the salt marshes of Guérande in France since the seventh century. Its light grey color comes from the clay found in the salt flats. Try it as a finishing salt, with its large salt flakes and gentle violet-like flavor.
-Jacobsen sea salt, crafted on the rugged Oregon coast, offers a taste of the Pacific Northwest's briny essence. Harvested from Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast, their Pure Kosher Sea Salt is our go-to salt. It’s bright, briny, and perfect for everyday cooking and seasoning. (Founder Ben Jacobsen, tested 27 sites before choosing Netarts Bay, just south of Tillamook, Oregon. This spot was chosen because of its bright salinity, thanks in part to the number of oysters in the bay that act as a natural filter.)
