Thank you for considering Elephants Delicatessen for your next fundraising event. We are proud to host fundraising events which donate 20% of sales for 501(c)(3) organizations such as K-12 schools, sports teams, community organizations, and other non-profit groups.
We request a planned total of at least 30 guests in order to reach the $500 threshold which enables a $100 donation.
Please submit your request at least two weeks before your requested date, along with the requested Elephants location for your fundraising night.
If your event is approved, here’s what to expect:
We will reach out with a proposed date and request for your organization’s logo.
We will assist you by creating digital and printable fliers with your organization’s logo and the event details. We recommend that you share the announcement and digital flyer through your organization’s email list and social feeds.
The fundraising event will take place from 2 pm to the location’s close (generally 7 or 8 pm).
All in-store transactions are eligible for customers showing the flier or mentioning their fundraising affiliation. Please note that orders through delivery services such as DoorDash are not eligible.
Net sales (not including tips or tax, and after applying any other promotion are discount) will be used to calculate your organization’s 20% fundraising share.
Your organization will receive a check for 20% of eligible sales 30-60 days after the event.
