How do I place an order?

For best selection and timing, please order one business day before (weekend orders by Friday at noon). After hours and same-day orders are subject to availability.

Is gratuity included in my bill?

A 10% service charge will be added to all food and beverage orders, which is shared between our drivers, kitchen and support staff. Guests are, of course, welcome to offer additional gratuity, and our delivery staff appreciate your generosity.

When should I order?​

Orders are available for both delivery and pick-up. We appreciate 24 hours-notice on larger orders (25 guests or more). Same day requests are always subject to availability, though most will be honored if placed before 9am (Please note: some menu items and desired delivery times may be unavailable). Weekend sack lunch orders are available, but please place your orders by noon the Friday before. This includes any changes or additions, as our sales office is closed on weekends.

​Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. If you require special preparation for your order please call or email your requests. We are happy to answer any and all questions you may have about our menu – just give us a call.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?​

We sincerely hope that the need to cancel your order never arises, but if it should, please be aware that a minimum of 50% of the total will be charged if cancelled after office hours or the day of your event. We make all our great local foods from scratch when you order, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
