Marshall's Haute Sauce brings delicious fresh and local small-batch products to those that will love them. They source all of their hot sauce ingredients from local Portland-area farmers and other artisan producers in NW Oregon and SW Washington, and their desire to play a positive role in our local food system is at the heart of everything they do. They make hot sauce in tiny batches to ensure the quality of every single jar and they do not work with co-packers.
