Uniquely handcrafted for Elephants Delicatessen by Christopher Leach of The Beautiful Pig in Longview, Washington. Using only Carlton Farms pork, he made us a classic Loire Valley dry-cured salame with sea salt, garlic, pistachios and white wine.
