At Britt's, they consider their Oak Barrels to be the first ingredient to all otheirferments. The oak barrels help them achieve the ancient practice of Lactic Acid Fermentation. They take pride in offering no heat and no vinegar pickles, along with other gut-healthy ferments to all the amazing and loyal fans they have dubbed "The Pickle Posse!"
Certified Kosher and Vegan, their ferments are artisan crafted on the south end of Whidbey Island in the beautiful state of Washington.
This is a partnership between Britt's Pickles and B-Line PDX. B-Line will be setting up a pop-up in front of our store with a refrigerated trike and handing out complimentary 3.5 oz pouches of Britt's Pickles!
