Elephants 40th Anniversary Celebration – Faire la Fête

Sip, snack, and stroll while experiencing the best of Elephants in this Italo-French inspired evening. Épicerie by day, private bistro by night, we’re closing down the store to transform it into a celebratory marketplace of local bites and drinks. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with our community we know and love. Cheers to 40 years!

Tickets: $50.00 (21+ only)

– Soup and sandwich pairings: Demitasse of tomato orange and mini grilled cheese; demitasse of Wild Mushroom soup with Mini Croque Monsieur

– Mini sundaes and ice cream cones from Ruby Jewel

– Petite dessert extravaganza: chocolate truffles with coconut, Parisian lemon tartlets, hazelnut crust chocolate mousse tartlets, cranberry coconut cookies, macarons, and mini cheesecakes

– Savory French-inspired puff pastries

– Mini bocadillos on our fresh baguette

– Cheese and charcuterie (of course!)

– Raclette

– Involtini do melanzane (thin slices of roasted eggplant are rolled with French goat cheese, balsamic marinated red onions, and toasted pine nuts)

– Arancini with black garlic aioli

Music and dancing:

An open dance floor with live performances from both Cuban music extraordinaire – Xavier Tavera, and the passionate sounds of John Chap’s WESKE. (Yep, our John Chap.)
