Recipe: Cocoa Caliente cocktail

Feliz Navidad! Keep cozy with this warm wintry drink.

Cocoa Caliente
1 ounce Tequila
¾ ounce Harlequin
½ ounce Kahlua
4 ounce whole milk
Pinch cayenne, pinch cinnamon
2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix
(little elephant icon for “Don’t forget) Don’t forget the Whipped Cream!
Add your favorite hot cocoa mix to steamed or gently heated milk. Simmer and stir. Add your cayenne and cinnamon. Then add your spirits. (You don’t want to cook the liquor out of it!)
Pour into a mug, top with whipped cream & sprinkle with cinnamon.
