We have been preparing for smaller gatherings in our spaces by exploring physically distanced seating arrangements for events.
Safety and health signage is available to place according to each event’s needs (to support physical distancing and the wearing of masks, for example).
Our venues can be used for meetings, social events, a remote office space for teams or individuals, a production space to host video conferences, photo shoots, and events.
Permanently installed hand sanitizer stations are available, and individual dispensers can be provided on the meeting tables as well.
Our venues have kitchens on site from which our team (or other caterers at Leftbank Annex) can work. All have hand sanitizer stations for caterers, cleaning products, and sanitizing products.
All our venues manage pre- and post-event deep cleaning with dedicated staff.

The Corbett Room features 1740 square feet of event space featuring beautiful hardwood floors, two Juliet balconies, custom-made dividing doors for smaller events, and access to a multilevel outdoor patio with additional seating. The needs of your event will determine the maximum capacity for seating. Standard capacity is approximately 100 seated at rounds and up to 150 for standing receptions.
COVID UPDATE: The Corbett Room’s current capacity for events is 40 people. Call us to plan your 2020 and 2021 gatherings.
Through a skeleton of timber, concrete, brick, and steel, you’ll find large projectable surfaces, controlled lighting, superb access, and outstanding electrical infrastructure. You have the flexibility to transform the space into anything you can imagine, or to leave its authentic raw backdrop. The possibilities are endless.

Welcome to the Garden Room at Elephants Delicatessen at NW 22nd! Our unique dining space is available for private events seven days a week, including any level of service (from buffets to formal plated dinners) – ideal for family celebrations, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and more.
The Garden Room features a retractable roof and distinctive brick fireplace. The needs of your event will determine the maximum capacity for seating. Standard capacity is approximately 48 and up to 75 for standing receptions.

Elephants Catering & Events is proud to be the exclusive caterer for The Atrium at Montgomery Park. Built in 1920, this renovated landmark offers a distinct and modern environment. The Atrium’s urban interior features marble floors and a nine-story glass ceiling, complemented by a panoramic view of Forest Park. It’s an ideal space for non-profit galas, corporate events, school proms and weddings.
Standard capacity is approximately 350 seated guests, or 800 standing.
Combining a clean, modern appearance with classic Middle Eastern appointments throughout, this convenient location is one of very few large venues between Portland and Woodburn. Host to many weddings, socials and family gatherings, the Shrine Center is adaptable and welcoming to all.
Once used as a pharmacy in the 1930s, the historic Baker Building is a 1912 landmark located in the heart of North Portland. Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden is a unique nine-acre garden containing an outstanding collection of rare species and hybrid rhododendrons, azaleas, and other lesser known shrubs, as well as many companion plants and unusual trees. The Evergreen’s purpose is to be an event space worthy of Portland and its residents– a venue where you can celebrate everything exceptional about our amazing City. The space includes the best of the best in every category. As a result the aesthetics, acoustics, audio visual system, lighting, furniture, and amenities are world class. The Evergreen can host everything from a small corporate event to a concert by the Rolling Stones. Capacity is 550 people: 480 on the main floor and 70 on the mezzanine. For events that include the Loyal Legion, their downstairs neighbor, events can add on another 220 guests.

Ironlight is an event venue that will offer guests an elevated experience. Located in downtown Lake Oswego, Ironlight will showcase panoramic views of Mt. Mercy Corps is located in the heart of downtown Portland next to Saturday Market and the historic Skidmore Fountain.
The Hawthorn Room is Mountain Park’s Grand Hall, a lodge great room with tall ceiling and massive beams, softened by sweeping landscape views on three sides.
This classic 2-story space accommodates up to 150 seated guests for any occasion in the upstairs Ballroom with a beautiful Maple floor. Attached to the ballroom is a fully functional salon/Bar with additional seating as well as opening to the ballroom itself. The Brickstone Ballroom, exhibiting elements of Mission Revival and medieval Italian influence, is the only remaining example of a fraternal lodge in downtown Vancouver. Built in 1911 when fraternal orders were an important element of the social, civic, philanthropic and commercial lives of communities the Elks organization occupied the second and third floors and leased or rented the ground floor for commercial use. Externally, the ornate brickwork, iron balconies and tall, arched windows of the second and third floors retain a high degree of integrity.
Constructed in 1904, the newly renovated Artillery Barracks originally housed 240 soldiers. Now, from the elegantly restored tin ceilings to the historically accurate white-oak hardwood floors and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, each room offers an ideal setting for meetings, weddings, and celebrations.
Situated in the Fort Vancouver National Site, the Howard House was built in 1879 for Civil War General Oliver Otis Howard, and today is headquarters of the Fort Vancouver National Trust. The Red Cross Convalescent House was built in 1918-1919 to provide a homey atmosphere for injured soldiers. Later it was used as a Service Club. Today the restored building hosts events in its large lounge featuring gleaming hardwood floors, fireplace and adjoining sun porch.
