The Corbett Room

Whether you’re planning a wedding, family gathering, business meeting, all-day corporate retreat – or any special celebration – we look forward to serving you and your guests!
The Corbett Room features 1740 square feet of event space featuring beautiful hardwood floors, two Juliet balconies, custom-made dividing doors for smaller events, and access to a multilevel outdoor patio with additional seating. The needs of your event will determine the maximum capacity for seating. Standard capacity is approximately 100 seated at rounds and up to 150 for standing receptions.
Leftbank Annex
COVID UPDATE: We have plenty of room for safe, socially distanced events at Leftbank Annex.
Through a skeleton of timber, concrete, brick, and steel, you’ll find large projectable surfaces, controlled lighting, superb access, and outstanding electrical infrastructure. You have the flexibility to transform the space into anything you can imagine, or to leave its authentic raw backdrop. The possibilities are endless.
Standard Capacity is approximately 933 guests standing.

Al Kader Shrine Center
Combining a clean, modern appearance with classic Middle Eastern appointments throughout, this convenient location is one of very few large venues between Portland and Woodburn. Host to many weddings, socials and family gatherings, the Shrine Center is adaptable and welcoming to all.
Baker Building
Once used as a pharmacy in the 1930s, the historic Baker Building is a 1912 landmark located in the heart of North Portland. This 2,000 square foot multi-use ballroom features 18-foot ceilings with exposed rafters, a catering kitchen, and a professional sound system. Great for weddings, corporate meetings, and small gatherings.
Bloodworks Live Studio
Looking to host a corporate meeting or business-to-business seminar? Need a state of the art screening facility or a place to record a live performance? Consider the Bloodworks Live Studio, a 3,000 square foot venue with theatre seating for 65 and standing room for an additional 100, located in the heart of downtown Portland right on the MAX line in the Pacwest Center.
Bossanova Ballroom
From weddings to corporate events, company parties to concerts, and fashion shows to industrial dance parties, the Bossanova Ballroom has something for you. The facilities include a large performance/ceremony stage, lounge, multiple bars, mezzanine and billiards room. A wonderful event venue in the up and coming East Burnside District.
Castaway Portland
This faithfully restored warehouse with original architecture is a fantastic space for larger events – truly a blank palette for event design. 10,000 square feet of available event space, 14-foot ceilings with exposed wood beams, wraparound pane windows and polished concrete floors make for a great framework for any event planner’s imagination. This new space near the Pearl District is a must-see for all types of events!
Clackamas River Farm
Situated on the Clackamas River at the Oregon Trail crossing, this wonderful wedding and events space boasts nearly a half-mile of riverfront views, old-growth trees and pastoral vistas. Complete with an 1890 Victorian Farmhouse and available classic Red Barn, this unique venue is ready to be transformed just for your special event!
The Commune
Located in a historic building in Old Town filled with light – boasting 4000 sq ft of event, office and board room space – the Commune hosts weddings, corporate events, business classes and bootcamps, speakers and much more. Crystal Springs
Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden is a unique nine-acre garden containing an outstanding collection of rare species and hybrid rhododendrons, azaleas, and other lesser known shrubs, as well as many companion plants and unusual trees. This internationally recognized garden is a beautiful place to host your event May through September. A spring-fed lake surrounds much of the garden, attracting countless waterfowl which nest and feed in this natural habitat. In summer, trees, shrubs, and perennials add an abundance color. Three waterfalls and picturesque bridges add to the beauty of this venue.
Director Park
Located in the heart of downtown Portland, Director Park is more than a park or event space; it’s a Portland experience that is actively programmed to support arts & culture. Ecotrust

The Eleanor
The Eleanor is an urban space that is quintessential Portland. Eliot Center
Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Portland, Eliot Center accommodates 10-900 guests in a blend of traditional historic and new contemporary venues such as the LEED Gold Certified Buchan Building. Eliot Center is committed to hosting events that support sustainability, social justice, the arts, community, and education.
The Evergreen
The Evergreen’s purpose is to be an event space worthy of Portland and its residents– a venue where you can celebrate everything exceptional about our amazing City. The space includes the best of the best in every category. As a result the aesthetics, acoustics, audio visual system, lighting, furniture, and amenities are world class. The Evergreen can host everything from a small corporate event to a concert by the Rolling Stones. Capacity is 550 people: 480 on the main floor and 70 on the mezzanine. For events that include the Loyal Legion, their downstairs neighbor, events can add on another 220 guests.
Greatroom
Greatroom consists of nearly 4,000 square feet of wide-open space. This brand-new venue features ample natural light, and 22’ ceilings with exposed wood beams. Complete with polished concrete floors, customizable audio-visual capabilities, an executive office area, full catering kitchen, and outdoor space options.
The Grotto
The Grotto Conference Center (GCC) opened in 2002 and is located in the lower-level gardens under the Visitor Center at the National Sanctuary of Our Sorrowful Mother (The Grotto). The GCC offers groups a chance to leave the outside world at the door and retreat to a scenic sanctuary in the middle of the busy city. The upper gardens provide guests a quiet place for reflection.
Hopkins Demonstration Forest: Everett Hall
Located less than 10 miles south of Oregon City, Everett Hall at the Hopkins Demonstration Forest is a 2,100 square foot custom built wood structure situated in a beautiful forest setting. The building features a large meeting room, complete with a stone fireplace and caterer’s kitchen, capable of holding up to 90 guests. Hopkins allows guests to attend an event, take a relaxing stroll in the woods, and experience the beauty of nature.
Ironlight
Ironlight is an event venue that will offer guests an elevated experience. Located in downtown Lake Oswego, Ironlight will showcase panoramic views of Mt. Hood and the Cascades through an east-facing wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests will transition between indoor and outdoor spaces through sliding glass doors opening onto two separate rooftop terraces totaling 3,300 square feet. An enclosed glass lobby will welcome guests on the west side of the building. Ironlight will accommodate up to 250 seated guests indoors with the ability to create custom intimate gathering areas within the space. Parking will be conveniently located onsite under the building in addition to an area for ridesharing drop-off/pick-up or valet.
Irving Street Studio
An Ecotrust venue, Irving Street Studio is conveniently located on the ground floor of the Natural Capital Center. With more than 7,000 square feet of beautiful wood floors, historic brick archways, original wood beams, and ample natural light, it is an energizing event space to host rainmaker fundraisers, unique markets, and elegant social gatherings.
Jupiter Hotel
Celebrate your next event at the Jupiter, where they have creative event space for 4 to 500 guests. The Jupiter Hotel offers innovative urban meeting rooms and stunning event venues with natural light, roaming wifi, projection video and full AV set-up, floor-to-ceiling blackboard walls, and a bamboo-flanked courtyard.

Mercy Corps Event Space
Mercy Corps has several event spaces that reflect the character and culture of the organization. Whether it’s a strategic planning session, non-profit fundraiser, networking event, workshop, evening with cocktails or somewhere in-between, this venue can accommodate a variety of needs with space flexibility and state-of-the-art technology. Their LEED-Certified Platinum building offers a unique combination of historic architecture and energy efficient state-of-the-art technology. With over 7,000 sq. ft., this venue offers four beautiful spaces ranging from 800 to 3,484 sq. ft. to accommodate groups of all sizes. Mercy Corps is located in the heart of downtown Portland next to Saturday Market and the historic Skidmore Fountain.
The Norse Hall
Norse Hall is conveniently located just 12 blocks from downtown Portland, in the vibrant lower East Burnside neighborhood. From the beautiful maple floor to the original F.C. Baker chandeliers hanging from the 30-foot ceiling, the Grand Ballroom is the crown jewel of Norse Hall. The Lodge Room on the 2nd floor serves equally well as a cozy dance floor or spacious meeting hall. The maple floors and original wall sconces give the room period elegance, while daytime events benefit from the natural light.

The ReddonSalmon Street
The Redd on Salmon Street, located in the heart of Portland’s historic Central Eastside, is designed to help scale a more restorative, equitable, and delicious, regional food economy across the Pacific Northwest. The Redd is comprised of a two-block, 76,000-square-foot campus including two buildings: Redd West, a former marble distribution hub and sales center; and the Redd East, a 1918 ironworks.

The Tumwater Room

Union/Pine

Fort Vancouver Artillery Barracks
Constructed in 1904, the newly renovated Artillery Barracks originally housed 240 soldiers. Now, from the elegantly restored tin ceilings to the historically accurate white-oak hardwood floors and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, each room offers an ideal setting for meetings, weddings, and celebrations.

Fort Vancouver O.O. Howard House
Situated in the Fort Vancouver National Site, the Howard House was built in 1879 for Civil War General Oliver Otis Howard, and today is headquarters of the Fort Vancouver National Trust. Red Cross Community Room
The Red Cross Convalescent House was built in 1918-1919 to provide a homey atmosphere for injured soldiers. Later it was used as a Service Club. Today the restored building hosts events in its large lounge featuring gleaming hardwood floors, fireplace and adjoining sun porch.
