Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation will be deciding what happens at Jenkins Estate after our departure, and they are not booking events past our last date at this time. Camp Rivendale Rental Rates & Info

Let us host your next family reunion, company picnic or casual birthday party. The park is available for rental from 8:00am - dusk (weekends only) June through September, and accommodates up to 200 guests with limited parking.

Rental rates:
$400.00 for a 6-hour Park rental, additional hours $50.00 per hour
Alcoholic beverages are permitted (beer and wine only)
All alcohol must be served by an OLCC licensed server and can be hired through Elephants Catering for $30 per hour

Rental includes:
• Front area of Camp Rivendale and parking lot
• Covered Picnic Shelter
• Children's Playground
• Open Field Area
• Picnic tables
• Barbecue (briquette)
• Volleyball net (bring your own ball)
• 2 horseshoe pits (bring your own horseshoes)


 Weddings & Social Events at Jenkins Estate

The revitalized 68-acre country Estate consists of natural growth areas in the perimeter giving way to cultivated gardens, and a tamed landscape of ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers and winding gravel pathways. The Estate provides a perfect backdrop to make your wedding day one that you and your guests will treasure for a lifetime. The lush grounds offers three outdoor garden ceremony sites: the Meadow, Belles Haven or the Tea House. In addition, you have the choice of the main house or stable for your reception. 

The Main House was built in 1912, and has a full-length veranda, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, ornate light fixtures and stone fireplaces. Guest capacity at the Main House: 175 for Summer events, 100 in the Off Season, and 60 for Indoor Ceremonies.The refurbished 2-level Stable is a charming building with large carriage doors, hardwood floors, stage and dance area and outdoor patio.Guest capacity at the Stable: 225 for Summer events, 150 in the Off Season, and 120 for Indoor Ceremonies.



Rental Rates & Information

Rentals are for an 8-hour period that begins upon client arrival and concludes upon client departure. Additional hourly fees may apply for any added time.

Basic rental package includes:
• Choice of Main House or Stable for the reception
• Tables, chairs (for reception and ceremony) for up to 200 guests
• Event manager
• After-function clean-up. This includes take down of tables and chairs, and standard cleaning and garbage removal. (Clients are responsible for removal of all personal items brought in.)

Deluxe rental package also includes:
• Up to three chefs required to cook on-site.
• Service ware which includes plates (appetizer and dinner), forks, spoons, knives, water glasses, coffee mugs. (does not include bar ware)

Please note:
• Rental does not include catering for outdoor ceremony.
• Rental does not include linens.
• Catering is available exclusively through Elephants Catering and Events. Please contact our Event Sales Manager for a copy of our Full-Service Catering Menu. No outside caterers or self-catered events are allowed.
• Clients can rent chairs through Elephants for an additional rental fee.

Meetings & Retreats Rental Info

The Jenkins Estate, which is set on 68 scenic acres, is located just 10 minutes from downtown Beaverton. The estate is convenient yet secluded, making it a perfect environment for a confidential brainstorming session. Your rental is a private event and the only group within the building selected -  your choice of the Main House or Stable. Each building offeres additional spaces for breakout rooms and/or alternate seating for meals, making this an ideal location for board meetings, business retreats, training seminars, breakfast or luncheon meetings, and planning sessions.

• Rental rates are $400 per day, 7:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
• Additional hours available - $100 per hour (before 7:30am and after 5:00pm)
• Rentals include all chairs and tables (for up to 75 guests) set up prior to your event, and break down and clean up after the event. Linens are not included.
• All events require a minimum of one Event Host/Server - $120 (4-hour minimum).

Rental includes:
• Flip charts with paper & markers (max 4)
• White dry erase board(s) with markers (max 2)
• Multimedia projection machine and screen in the Stable
• VCR/DVD component
