Bergstrom Pinot Noir
The Cumberland Reserve Pinot Noir is Bergstrom’s longest running wine. 2011’s vintage earned 91 Points from Wine Spectator last year & this 2012 should rate even higher. Made from a blend of select barrels of all of their five estate vineyards, it projects dark cherry, plum & classic Willamette Valley earth flavors, followed by smoky black tea & peat notes. There is great natural, mouthwatering acidity & long, integrated tannins for structure. Join us at NW 22nd Ave for this holiday special, available for $14 / glass at our bar.
