Gazpacho season is here!
This cool, healthy soup is a perfect hot-weather lunch or dinner, bursting with a garden-full of tomatoes, cucumbers, and a bit of jalapeno. Enjoy gazpacho at our Elephants Delicatessen at NW 22nd and Elephants on Corbett locations. Dine in or grab a quart or pint to-go, and garnish as you’d like. You can also order a pint of gazpacho for lunch through our Corporate Lunch Delivery menu.

Secret menu tip: We have watermelon gazpacho only at NW 22nd! It’s garnished with crème fraîche and almonds (if you’d like that). Or you can grab a quart or pint to-go!


Raise money to help animals this August!

Post a picture of your pet on any Elephants Deli patio this August, and we will donate $5 to the Pixie Project, a non-profit animal adoption center and rescue.

Just use the hashtag #eledelidog when you post your photo to Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. You’ll also be entered to win weekly prizes including Elephants Deli gift cards and sunglasses from Fetch Eyewear, designer eyewear that supports animal welfare.

Tiki Time!

Nothing beats a Tiki cocktail on a sunny Sunday afternoon at NW 22nd. Kelly has scoured all the Tiki classics for treasures like the Mai Tai, Hell in the Pacific, and Corn n’ Oil. All cocktails are made with fresh squeezed juices and top flight rhums. Portland summers are short but the Tiki cocktails last all day Sunday.
