A New Elephant Takes Flight
Keep your eyes on the skies in October! We will be sending our Elephant signal into the air to announce our new location, Flying Elephants at South Waterfront. It won’t be an elebird or a pachyderm plane, but it will be flying high.
Located in the newly built Collaborative Life Sciences Building, the newest addition to our Elephants herd will offer all of the convenience of existing Flying locations. You can find your favorite grab-and-go items for breakfast, lunch and dinner, weekly hot meal specials, fresh local Stumptown coffee, wine and beer, and (unique to this Flying eatery) a grill menu.
Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor seating and enjoy a spectacular view of the new Tillikum transit bridge and Mt. Hood. Located directly adjacent to the Tilikum Crossing Transit Bridge and the first West side stop for the new Max line, Flying Elephants at South Waterfront is sure to be a hot spot for pedestrian, light rail and bike traffic in addition to OHSU, OSU and PSU students.
